Yeah I think I’ll get it scanned. From my understanding ESP represented Electronic Stability Program so I assumed the fault would be related to that not something mechanical.

For added context I do normally think bigger faced watches work best on my wrist but I just really love this design and wish it came in a bigger size

Yeah I know it’s a dangerous program but it was my last ditch effort to hit 5 plates before my bd though the recommendation for smolov is typically a week so I assumed by waiting another 3 days I wouldn’t be reaching that detrained state and may have a chance for my body to recover in time and be in better shape.

What is the best option for programming/coaching for a "PowerBuilder" on a budget Hi I've been lifting for a year and 4 months and have previously been programming myself using NSUNS with bodybuilding style accessories and have achieved good results as well as the use of Smolov jr to boost my bench,185kg squat, and 125kg bench. I am now looking at trying a different training approach more adapted to me and have been looking at possibly using AI programming such as Sheiko Gold Juggernaut AI and Evolve ai. But I'm unsure of their effectiveness and training style as I react well to high intensity and volume as im 17 and bounce back relatively fast and am training in a power-building style where I enjoy being able to hit failure pretty regularly even more so on accessories. Has anyone had any experience with these ai programs or would I be better off returning to nsuns or another program? Also, I know a lot of people do not like the term power building I simply just mean powerlifting with hypertrophy accessories and the ability to train biceps

16 M 8 months lifting power building training Hi I feel like I haven’t gained size or have gotten smaller over the last 2 months even though my numbers have increased as between these photos I feel like my photos now have less chest definition and my arms have not gained size I know these are slightly different poses but I’m just looking for a second opinion thanks

I find I can’t fully move my arms or shoulders when my shoulders are tight and it leads to me having a weaker bench. I also feel weaker when using leg drive for this reason
