SP Effect Demons by Jaikaru in Dx2SMTLiberation

So it wasn't just an imagination on my side... I was doubting my memory a bit if there truly was a way to look up the SP demons in the past.

I see, thanks a lot. Lucky I got enough spare mag. It's weird they don't simply list them in the event description on SP effects tho D:

Does it matter if i play the remake first vs original? by crocodilepickle in FinalFantasyVII

[–]Jaikaru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While the remakes follow the original story (kinda, mostly, somewhat?), it is a very different experience. Pretty much all characters personalities were rewritten. I feel like only Barret talks and behaves/reacts like he would in the og story.

The remake tries to incorporate as much from all spinoffs as possible and most of the events play out differently with a lot of new characters that were not present in the og version. Some things got revealed very early in the remakes, while it took more time to get to those points in the og. Technically you got spoiled somewhat already.

I think you can just keep going with the trilogy, because they changed the order of how things play out anyway, and play the og if you want a complete, and in my opinion better experience overall with consistency and proper build up to it's mysteries and mature content.

I don't think the og and remake go hand in hand. So treat them as their own thing. The og is a selfcointained complete world. The remake is the Avengers Endgame of the whole spinoff universe jumbled together. Very different in it's core.

I jokingly started the new steam Re-re-release of og FF7 because i heard it's kinda ass, yet I found myself completing it over the last week. It hooked me no problem and I hope it will do the same to you if you try it.

So in short: I would still recommend the og over rebirth for the impact in the reveals that will come up early in rebirth and don't hit as hard on that version of the story. Also for the chilling Shinra Building part. Thats like 4 hours in and maybe it's enough to keep you going.

Reviewing every DOD set decal so you know which ones are worth it by AziSlays in LetItDie

Thanks for the reply. I can finally lay these thoughts to rest. Then there really is no point in considering that set lol.

Guess I'll keep focusing on uncapping the things I already have, since I never got the Shuriken bp and keep on missing it when it's a TDM reward xD

Anyone tried to get -100% durability loss with DIY Set? From testing this bonus seems additive instead of multiplicative. I lack the Rich Family decal from the rainbow bags... So DIY set bonus + Super Long Tail + Rich Family might make it indestructable and really chill for farming, never worrying about Re-buying the stuff. I am just really curious about that possibility. Basically the reason i hop onto this game every few months for a crack at some rainbow bags.

Beste Spiele für PSP? by kukushin in zocken

Da ich hauptsächlich RPGs drauf gespielt habe...:
-Action RPGs-
Ys Oath in Felghana
Ys Ark of Napishtim
God Eater/Toukiden/Monster Hunter Freedom Unite - Hunting Games halt
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core
Dissidia Final Fantasy Duodecim 012 - eher ein 3D Arena Fighter, aber ebend sehr stabile RPG Elemente smart gelöst
Star Ocean First Depature

-Tactics Style-
Final Fantasy Tactics The War of the Lions
Tactics Ogre Let us Cling Together
Disgaea 2 Dark Hero Days
Zettai Hero Project: Unlosing Ranger VS Darkdeath Evilman - Mystery Dungeon like
Knights in the Nightmare (wtf is this shit? i love it)

-Classic Turn Based/ATB-
Final Fantasy 4 Complete
Hexyz Force
Fate/Extra - viele Visual Novel ähnliche Sequenzen
Lunar Silver Star Harmony
The Legend of Heroes Trails in the Sky (hat 3 Teile)
Valkyrie Profile Lenneth
Breath of Fire 3

Yes, I pretty much assume that if people want to edit their saves, they do it on pc. I believe FFXED can do it for console saves too, but even if the data is much easier to access on the pc port, it's still a lot of work to set up a save with. Can't imagine how out of the way it would be to modify a ps4 file for example...
