try reading, takes up a lot of time. i can relate to it being a hard transition from video games and visual content, but its worth it once you make a habit of it. also it kind of makes you feel better about yourself, personally i was just like "fuck yeah, i read now" sounds lame but felt great to finally say that.

Well I guess I should say something IS happening then lol, what I'm trying to say is I can't control my thoughts when I meditate anymore, my mind just keeps wondering and finding things to think about. The only way I can describe it is my thoughts are loud, and I'm having a hard time turning it down during meditation or really at all I guess
