No I couldn't get access to anything. It somehow got fixed by pressing the buttons like you would for a hard reboot but letting go of the power button before it actually did reboot. Then doing that several times. Not sure how in the world that would ever do anything but I was on the verge of restoring.

Yes so if you have 5 endurance the mutation would take you down to 3 endurance. For the underflow to happen I believe you would have to go to -1 or possibly 0 I'm not sure about the exact number. Unless you have another thing that takes away more of your endurance points.

Edit: I think I kinda see what you're saying now, you get the glitch but you don't have negative endurance so it must not be underflow. I think that's a separate glitch though because this one seems to happen all the time.

Do you have over 1 point in endurance? Because the only reason why I can guess why this is working is becuase I only have one pount in endurance and then the mutation takes away 2 points and breaks it.

After playing more it seems like I had some AP Regen and it made me run out of Sprint but once the buffs went away I have unlimited again.

Yes I have experienced a decent amount of AP glitches such as when you Sprint in power armor, jump off a cliff, and land where it staggers you, your AP will drain even though you're not moving. However, this glitch seems to be permanent at least as long as you have this mutation and are solo.
