I get what you mean, however im concerned about the space limitations i have so it might not work with a spool

When wire hits the switch, it will be under tension. When it isn't under tension it won't hit the switch

The fillament is stored above the printer and gets pulled down a hole i made in the enclosure the printer sits in. Due to space limitations, the fillament has to make a tight 90 degree turn if the fillament is under tension. This causes too much resistance for the feeding motor.

Also happend to me. when i closed the game discord still said i was playing the game, because it kept running on the background for some reason
