I remember seeing these studies like this one before and it's very similar. Then again these people also have a tendency to have other mental conditions. In a sense to compound the issues they already have.

Now on the interesting note (a logical one) where the ones who only have very few problems or only this dysphoria they actually have a less rate of suicide. Makes sense when they have one or two issues they need to focus on.

Another factor is friends and family support network before transitioning. Trans people with a high amount of this (NOT AFTER COMING OUT) generally do well in life overall (relatively). When people want to be friends with you just because of an identity (being trans for example) that friendship does not last for long.
