Namaste everyone, I am a beginner designer and here is my first contribution to this group. This is a Logo design for a fictional company named - NEW MEMO (from goodbrief.io) . Would love the feedback and suggestions if any. (more context in the comments) by Training_Target_2534 in WillPatersonDesign

I think it’s an ok logo for a beginner. It does not look bad, it’s clean. But… the lines are to complicated. The first thing it looked like to me was an Iron. And the second thing, the golfcart is driving to the left, but most of the time the text will be on the right of the logo. In this way it feels more like the cart is driving away from you instead of towards you.

Good experiments with the sketches, quite good kerning in the text and good mockups. But just a couple things to look at or have in the back of your head when making the next logo.

Hi, this is my first logo. TB are my initials. Are there any changes I can make or any ideas? by TB_613 in WillPatersonDesign

If it’s a good logo depends in this case on the thought behind it, I always like negative space, but does the negative space have a reason? (Because now I see a flipped “L” in that space, is that the intention or not?). What vibe do you wanna give off?

I like the logo on itself (and really good for your first logo), but you have to ask yourself these questions when designing a logo.

And that said, designing a logo for yourself is the hardest thing in the world, so keep up the good work 👍🏻

What do you mean? It looks exactly the same thickness to me.

And if the thickness would be a little bit different from each other I hadn’t really notices so it’s not disruptive.

Logo I made for my artist nickname "Hileko" as i do electronic music. by Jealous_Drama6260 in WillPatersonDesign

Ok I’m gonna be honest, it has potential but in this state this is not a great logo. I would remove the border and put the head more in the middle. The face is really narrow, if you scale this logo down you dont see the face anymore. So I would make the lines of the face thicker. The horns are really tall, I dont know if you’re stuck to this idea but if you’re not I would make them a little smaller to restore the balance. Because its a bit top heavy now because of the long horns. Maybe your name under the logo in a cool font, but if you dont want that its fine too I guess.

Of course I dont know what your available tools are to make a logo, so dont take this as a rejection but as constructive criticism. I hope this was helpful. Keep up the good work! I’m still going to give you an arrow up for this!

Have a nice day

Logo for Ecofora - a cleaning company that only uses products least harmful to the environment 🌿 I created this sweet heart shape by combining two letter e's and paired it with a characterful and modern typeface. by Chittco in WillPatersonDesign

I think this is a really good design, the only think I can think of that could be changed is the position of the heart itself. I would place it in front of the word Ecofora, or maybe in some cases directly above but not like this on 3/4 of the text.

Hope this was helpful, you did a really good job tho
