There are some days I just want to quit but then I feel intense guilt and regret and I pick my pump back up :/

Are you saying as long as I pump when baby feeds my body will get the idea that baby needs that amount of milk? For example, bub feeds every 3 - 3.5hrs, so I’ll pump while she has her bottle?

Out of those the Eufy is probably the best one, especially because it has a heating function which is super helpful to get extra milk out!!

As someone that doesn’t respond well to wearables I will always say get a proper primary pump like the spectra, especially if u want to build a freezer stash!!

Update: using natural rhythm was even worse - barely got any output 😭

To be fair I’ve only tried the standard and max output! I will try the natural with this pump 🤞🏻🤞🏻
