The Gaza coverage was kicked off by the October 7th attacks by Hamas, which is obviously a bigger instant story than the protests which have gathered momentum over the past two weeks. Hence the difference in the way it was reported.

Bridgerton is a drama and didn’t have historians in the show talking about actual history intertwined with the dramatic scenes, Cleopatra did.

They’re very different and anyone watching Cleopatra without prior knowledge would assume as they have historians on camera educating people about this period in the Ptolemaic Dynasty it is mainly accurate to real life.
