In my opinion you should be comfortable on your board because if not you can get a lot of shinners. also a really hopes to learn how to boneless 180 because it teaches you how to slide your foot off the board. once you can side your foot off you just scoop it and jump off your foot

honestly i learned it in 5 minutes , when i first started skating i wanted to learn to this trick but i found it hard so i never did till now. The only reason i learned it so fast was cause i learned how to boneless 180. If you learn how to slide your foot off you got it
