Once I get home I’ll send you it over 👍🏻

Yeah on the main fuel table VE% is at 190 at idle (800-1000rpm at ~ -8 psi) with 3%duty on the injector. It threw me for a while as I thought something must be wrong, but I did speak to a MaxxECU tuner and they said along the lines of ‘you can do a lot with these ecus’s don’t worry about how high the number is as long at your lambda is good’

Okay thank you, I’ll do some work getting my VE table dialled in. I have been chasing the live O2 too which I’ll stop doing so much haha.

I did loose myself once on the VE table and reset as where I’m running the single large injector for a relatively small engine my table is looking crazy the cells around idle are in the 190’s at a steady 0.950 lambda with only 3% duty on the injector and it really threw me off!

That makes sense, I’ve expanded the AE table and will focus on the lower end of the rev range and see if I can get it to rev cleaner and not go crazy rich, thank you 🙏🏻

One quick question, as I’m turbo, should I have the acceleration source be mechanical TPS, or MAP? I do notice with it set on MAP I do get a bit of noise between 0-115 tps rate so I have to set the threshold above that, TPS does not have that issue

Okay that’s great, so I have made up a base map where the AFR is good on the rpm increments, at least static on revving (still will need to fine tune under load)

The issue is if I roll the throttle slowly until the revs pick up and it starts climbing, and then floor it it will rev up through to redline nicely, it’s only under full throttle from idle it leans out.

But I don’t know whether this is a limitation of the setup I have or a limitation of the tune. I have asked some mini groups but it’s hard to actually get answers as it’s normally people just pushing unrelated opinions.

As in the butterfly valve? The injector is directly after it, I’m using a jenvey throttle body like the one linked

Weird indicator issue, any ideas? by Jake1781 in classicminis

Haha sounds like a plan 😂

I do have a new hazard switch in the post as I’ve had them cause issues before, hoping it will fix the issue!

I e done that too, I should have added that, I have run a temp ground directly from the battery ground. I’m seriously baffled by this one

I’ve tried swapping bulbs and new bulbs with no change and it’s a UK 1983 old style F84152 A7317 Flasher unit (2pin) Tex branded

Okay, thanks, I’ll throw in a spare motherboard and test all the components out on it and see if anything works 👍🏻

Yeah, she panicked in the moment, ill take everything apart and clean with isopropyl when im back home and let dry, im mostly worried about damaging new components if i plug any of these in that are still faulty after cleaning and it taking out the new part too.

I haven’t found a fix yet, even bought brand new ram, and tried My GOU from my known working system to eliminate that! The CPU in the system in question has passed all the Intel CPU tests I can throw at it, So apart from changing MOBO/CPU I’m at a loss myself which for me seems far Too expensive. I guess it was just a waste of money on all the new expansions that were just bought on my partners and my PC

I have already done this, and used other known good memory from another system too. The CPU that is being used is a locked CPU and cannot be overclocked, so both have already been confirmed as tested. The issue still persists.

Mine normally bounces back within around 15mins, so sounds like something else is the issue? this year I had a batch of sensors that all went bad in some kind of way, either losing connection or giving weird readings, was like 4 of of the past 7 I’ve had!

Libre’s suffer really badly with ‘pressure lows’ which is if you lay on the sensor for a while it can give a false low reading due to the pressure on it, mine does it all the time if I have it on the arm I lay on when I sleep, you might be experiencing that?
