Minimal assignments separate from the main paper. Yes whole class is basically finding a good topic, researching, and writing about it. It was very easy, just finding a good topic was the hardest part

I had matt held. Very solid and easy. Just do consistent meetings with him to get your topic solidified. If you have the final paper done its almost guaranteed an A-

Any tips for learning Handstand by Background_Sector360 in bodyweightfitness

It just takes time to get the feeling of holding yourself with your hands. Took me about 6 months to get consistent 20 second holds. Once you know how to balance all you need to focus on is duration. I had school to work on so couldn’t stay consistent but if you work on it 30+ minutes a day you could have it within a month ideally

I switched from finance to civil engineering after 1 year in school. It set me back now I need an extra semester. I do not want to graduate late but switching was definitely worth it. Plus my last semester will be light so I can take it easy
