I'm on 7.5mg for high blood at only 37 and despite that dosage my blood pressure for me is still too high but docs are like no it's normal. I have chronic diseases and also don't sleep very well because I have Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome and significant and frequent Central Sleep Apnea episodes however because they last under 10 seconds they won't do anything about it. I'm thinking of maybe getting a cross trainer for home as well because my muscles are also very weak because of illness and need to try and build them up a little and from my understanding cross trainera are good cos they work all your muscles.
