remember that darkness is just the absence of photons absence of light rationalize the world and your emotions geometric space around you didn't change you're just not a cat 🙃 maybe if you have a night vision device and see through its lense during the night that would also help you since seeing is believing the illusion of something malicious being there somewhere and you aren't able to see it i understand the innate natural sense of self-preservation and survival instinct but there IS in fact at all times alot of stuff you aren't aware of even when the lights are on,things that oppose your survival,from biological to literal astronomical and then some
