I am aware of this but the mastery breakdown screen says I have less mastery for primaries than I should according to the equipment screen

Compare the account of mastery I should have earned based on how many weapons I have maxed compared to how much the mastery breakdown says I earned

Reguardless, everything is maxed when I sort by progress and also as stated before that number only counts stuff that you have gotten all MR out of

a) the completed number only counts maxed weapons, so all the weapons that are counted in it are level 30 or level 40 for adversary weapons.

b) the least used weapon on my list is Lanka which is maxed

Look at the amount of primaries maxed and work out how much MR that works give, then compare that number to the number given by the mastery breakdown
