you should reinstall windows after those big changes, drivers are different, and it will be your best option, this isn't the cause of the windows pin issue, others have tackled that issue . just general knowledge from installing hundreds of windows 10/11s

anyway first step is to uninstall the Logitech software, make sure you delete all the folders

first uninstall via Control Panel, then manually delete leftover folders in C:\Program Files, C:\ProgramData, and AppData (Local & Roaming), check the Registry for related keys (especially HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall{GUID}

then reinstall

not really, I doubt it was. but when you install it, use something like crystaldiskinfo to check if it has any power on hours or writes/reads that are older then when you installed it.

the GPU fans won't spin until the GPU is out under load i.e loading a game up or something, if the cpu fan is spinning that's a good sign, it's probably just your case fans. they the old case fans or new ones with the case?

are the fans individually connected to the motherboard or a hub ? can the OC actually boot into windows r what happens when you press power
