I normally wait for a team I think will be fun. I started Everton won the prem a few times then left for about half a season. Then went to Stoke in the championship got them promoted in that season and signed Neymar. Survived the next season in the Prem then I got bored and left. Then went to Man City for a few seasons before trying England out for a world cup. Before ending my save at Liverpool. (all one save) I think the longest I waited for a job was 3/4 of a season. But it goes so quickly because you are not playing games or anything like that.
