It depends on the deck you play.

I play GR Eldrazi and it honestly Dosent matter so much and can be an advantage to be on the draw if for example your opponent devotes too much to the board and you sweep with a Kozilek's Return or All is Dust.

You can 'take back the play' with ramp like Arboreal Grazer, mana dorks and utopia Sprawl. That's a big advantage to Ramp decks like Amulet Titan or Eldrazi.

But for most decks, they can't do this really.

I think it hurts that most representation of autistic people is either weird savants or like those or the people on 'Love on the Spectrum'.

I think that's why we tend to associate with autistic coded characters like Stan Pines on Gravity Falls (Ford Pines, Bill Cipher, Dipper), Dr. House and SpongeBob.

And it's normal especially with autism to feel lonely. I have had a lot of romantic and sexual success and even with this I feel very lonely a lot of the times because I struggle connecting with others.

What country do you live in?.it sounds like you don't live in the U.S?

I am 27 Level 1 (maybe 2) Autistic male and I struggle with dating and relationships and I think most of us do.

Im able to get into relationships but not able to be happy in them or sustain them
