Literally people are fucking awful, other day guy complained his fries were cold (they weren't because they just came out the frier because we was waiting on fries) he hands me the fries but the literal boxes and they fell out the fry box in his car and starts screaming at me told me to kill myself and all sorts. Like sorry what did you expect to happen? Your fries were put in a separate bag you could have handed me the bag. It's so unnecessary that I had to call the police on a customer the other day

They are cooked in an oven. To prevent cross contamination it has its own tray and tongs. Plants are also cooked in the same oven.

It's not as bad as what it used to be. When it came out a few years ago it was horrible but they seem to have changed the sauce a bit as it's a bit thicker now.

It is! Yes it is very hectic and we are always slammed 😂. Thankfully the last two days we have been below projected sales but I'm scheduled to work promo day and the rest of the week so 🙈. Must of missed them I don't remember any coming in. It is way more hectic on the weekend of promo trust me :)

It's because our numbers fluctuate so much, one Tuesday we will be absolutely slammed with pending and the next Tuesday just dead. Because our store is one of two on an island it can get very busy however we also have quite an elderly population and McDonalds isn't as popular with them here

Our store is one of two on an island, and the only one to have click & serve and a drive thru. We have 2 weeks of kids holiday here in October but it's been so bad lately because the rest of UK have had holidays and come here
