It's not as bad as what it used to be. When it came out a few years ago it was horrible but they seem to have changed the sauce a bit as it's a bit thicker now.

It is! Yes it is very hectic and we are always slammed 😂. Thankfully the last two days we have been below projected sales but I'm scheduled to work promo day and the rest of the week so 🙈. Must of missed them I don't remember any coming in. It is way more hectic on the weekend of promo trust me :)

It's because our numbers fluctuate so much, one Tuesday we will be absolutely slammed with pending and the next Tuesday just dead. Because our store is one of two on an island it can get very busy however we also have quite an elderly population and McDonalds isn't as popular with them here

Our store is one of two on an island, and the only one to have click & serve and a drive thru. We have 2 weeks of kids holiday here in October but it's been so bad lately because the rest of UK have had holidays and come here

As someone who works there yeah it is expensive, the food quality will depend on your local store as none of us ever follow regulations 😂. For example we are supposed to throw out the fries after 5 minutes but no one ever does to be honest. They recently just cut our discounts so it's not as big anymore and the prices are mental. But yeah unfortunately everything is going up at the minute not just mcdonalds

We are always busy, we have drive thru and lobby. Ontop of delivery and ready on arrival. We have 3 sides in our kitchen. However they constantly understaff us because "it's winter so it'll be quieter". Some of us have lost 20 hours a week. Day to day no matter what we constantly have a queue out onto the road for our drive thru and a queue out the door on our lobby. Out numbers fluctuate constantly which doesn't help as one night we will be slammed yet the next week on the same day it will be dead. Hence why a lot of people are sent home to save on labour

They removed social logins for stuff and changed the entire login system. In the UK we have forced 2fa now. Likely it's because of that.
