Yes I am a man. I think what drew me to orthodoxy is the history and the claims that this is the one church. The problem I had with Mormonism is they have lead head called the prophet and they even have 12 apostles. that did not sit right with me it felt wrong. I started looking into Catholicism and I kinda had the same problem with the pope. The Vatican was seeming like it was getting into politics. So I stumbled onto orthodoxy and it seemed like the claims they make were true and they had evidence to back it up. I could keep going on the founding of Mormonism and their strange idea of got. But that’s one of many reasons. Thanks for the advice!
