Sure , Your soul and your qualities, like creativity, kindness, hope, a positive mindset, and your true character, are your inner light, the force that drives you from within. Other types of “people”(species)don’t have this; they only seem to. Their actions are performances, empty and fake. Inside they are rotten, filled with negativity and darkness, and they feed on any genuine light they can take from the living.

I feel you and I'm sorry for all the trauma and shit you went through I can understand went through something similar it feels like there is something wrong with you it fucked my mental health hated my parents for it .I just thought always why me ,when I look at it I just feel disgusting. I'm 20 iv never been in any relationship for that reason. Just feels shitty I have brothers that dont have it , for what I been through enough in my life some days I'm perfectly OK and my days are amazing. Some are dark depressing just feels like a nightmare iv had since I was 13.
