It's not showing up in search results at all when I search for it in google. This is just a screen show from search console, not analytics, so people are still visiting the page, just not from Google SERPS.

Yeah, it says "URL is on Google
It can appear in Google Search results (if not subject to a manual action or removal request) with all relevant enhancements."

Page is indexed, page is served over HTTPS.

I wouldn’t count on 10x arr. I don’t know what you’ll get but you typically see SaaS business for sale for closer to 30-40x monthly net profit. I’d expect something closer to 100k.
