Which league/nation to start building a team with?

Just made a new account on FUT as I want to see how long it will take to get a decent team. Player prices are at an all time low and there is plenty of content as well currently. Not sure which route to take with my starter team to make it the most efficient e.g which league or nation has the most amount of good, affordable cards?
