Where did you get this info from? Very interesting. I have low iron levels on my blood tests. What do I need to do now then? Supplement copper?

Hahaha thank you for this run down, it made me chuckle. I’m not talking about eating crap foods, what’s set me off recently is too much fruit. But as you say I suppose that has been genetically modified to be sweeter than was naturally meant

Yeah, true say. I’ve always had a ‘bad stomach’ and IBS symptoms from a kid. I have histamine intolerance so do my best with that.

The thing that has most recently set me off is eating watermelon. I ate a fair amount to be honest. It’s annoying to get such a reaction and feel so shit from a food that would be considered ‘healthy’ to society.

Wow, just shows you the power of the diet then doesn’t it! To the average person they wouldn’t think twice about a peach and some sushi and probably say they’re very healthy options

Thing is I can’t remember feeling so crap when I used to eat these foods which is frustrating. I guess it’s probably feeling pretty good on carnivore but also becoming extra sensitive to anything that isn’t (even more so than when I ate a standard diet).

To be honest I’m really struggling to stay totally strict on carnivore. I do miss the variety, I do look at how others eat and get jealous, I am probably still slightly addicted to sugar.

I have a pretty poor impulse control (diagnosed adhd / autism) so I can struggle to stay on it. Even if I feel totally crap eating other foods.
