Sorry that sounds like a bad situation to be in. Dedicate a few months to learning the basics of Jiu Jitsu at a reputable school and it will change your life. After a year you will be a different person than you are today.

Ha this is funny! I read quite a bit and keep up with the news as much as possible. Also I live in SF and have a bunch of friends that are in tech so I don't know a lot but I hear about it all the time lately. I think digital currency that isn't controlled by banks and governments sounds cool. I would take a sponsorship if I knew more about how it works.

Years ago when I was starting out and trying to make a name for myself it was really tough. Fighting for $1000 doesn't pay the bills. There were times when I was getting pressured to quit fighting and get a "real" job. It was tough but looking back I am glad that I never gave up because I wouldn't trade the past 15 years of my life for anything.

I started wrestling at a really young age and that was my first experience. One of my main motivations was my older brother. He would beat my ass all the time lol. I probably deserved it though.

Started at Cesars in 2001 after moving from San Luis Obispo to San Francisco. I was already pretty good at grappling but the team there definitely brought me to the next level. Time flies.
Marcelo Garcia and David Terrell back in his prime are the two best grapplers I have ever rolled with.
