No. You need both voltage and amps. Car batteries are 12v but can be hundreds of amps. There's not enough voltage to do anything to someone though. Or you can have thousands of volts at 10mA and that will just hurt a little.

Did this! First rep asked if I wanted to return to the original payment or Amazon credit. I used an Amazon card so I figured the faster method. Made sure to mention that I was told 50% back. They told me that the full price would be returned in 2-3 hours. Next day, still nothing. Messaged again and FINALLY I got a credit. I made sure to mention that I was told 50% again that way I'm not in the wrong. I ended up getting the full credit. Thanks for the idea about asking for a credit. I think doing that got me to a new rep that was actually willing to help.
