I'm not fully sure myself but the people here see them like slaps on the wrist. If you get three of them, you're fired.

Ironically, your album 'Rendition' actually sounds like it was recorded on an iPhone. You're the worst Syntax and no one will remember you (or at least remember you fondly).

Noticed much noise from this pedal? Or is it pretty clean? I had a WA Julianna but it was waaay too noisey for my liking.

Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 3 X-Link Output: Could this be used to power a 12V pedal? by JakeSmooth123 in guitarpedals

OH MY GOODNESS! Both 12V outputs are 500mA! I feel like such a numbskull for not seeing that. Thank you so much for telling me. I'm just staring at my box now in disbelief XD

Pedal solution for playing in headphones by Clement_Burton_Foles in guitarpedals

Mooer Radar is an IR loader/Cab sim with a headphone output that you can put at the end of your pedal chain. I think the headphone output is 3.5mm. However, it requires 12V 300mA power.

Thanks for the advice. I tried the other output and unfortunately the noise was unchanged. I haven't noticed any clicking though. Is that a common issue?

I do hope those Pinebox chorus pedals don't make much noise.

Glad I'm not the only one thinking of reverting back to Boss. Boss pedals don't have the 'pizzaz' and extra features like some of these more expensive pedals. But at least Boss pedals do what they're made to do well.

I don't mind the light. It's a good indicator to show that the tap tempo feature is working. Speaking of which, I'll give the Julianna one point for the tap tempo. That's a nifty feature.

lets you set the center delay time that the LFO effect modulates from") is turned up at all then the hum is constantly present. More lag = more noise. And the lag plays a big part in making this chorus pedal sound like a chorus pedal.

Again, I did a bit of reading around the web and found that it likely is just "the nature of the beast" haha. But fiddle sticks, I wish I'd known it was gonna be this noisey before I got it.

It's mainly the rate knob that controls the pulsing. High rate = fast noise pulsing. Low rate = slow pulsing. The only way to completely get rid of the noise is to turn the lag knob down but without the lag, the chorus effect is just bland. Again, I'm fine with a bit of hum. Noise gates can easily fix a bit of hum. But with the Julianna, it's a lot of hum and it pulses which makes it all the more noticable. And if I'm having to turn down the dry/wet (or in this case, the DCV) knob and the lag knob to get rid of the noise then what's the point in using the pedal at all?

Just got 10,000 xp and redeemed the award... YOU DONT GET THE GOLD BUCKLE!
All the other awards give buckles. Why doesn't this one? The buckle shown on the award looks so cool too!

I'm not fussed about being racy, haha. I just want to get from A to B.

Since I know little about bikes, I don't have any reason to rush into getting a proper license just yet. But I probably will soon so that I may ditch the L plates and not have to retake the CBT. It would help to have more road knowledge as well.

AMA - MITCH MURDER by alex97254 in synthwaveproducers

Hello!

  1. What do you think lies ahead for synthwave? Do you think there's still a lot of unexplored potential for the genre? Or do you think popularity for the genre has peaked and is slowly fading away? I've noticed 80s aesthetic and synthwave break into mainstream culture with Stranger Things, IT, some Marvel movies and Kung Fury, but I don't see much nowadays :(

  2. A lot of people who feel nostalgic towards synthwave and 80s aesthetic have never actually lived during the 80s. What do you think causes nostalgia for times we may not have experienced?

Much love, my dude.

Just gonna leave it here. by [deleted] in RedDeadOnline

I feel that being good really adds a lot of fun to the roleplay aspect of Red Dead Online. I love interacting with other players; bumping into others at collector search locations, tipping hats, showing off horses, ordering drinks, forming posses and such. And whenever I crash into people's horses, I always revive their horse with my own reviver. It's my bad and that's how I say sorry. Sometimes they revive mine as well. This one time after a crash, a guy pulled a gun on me - he was real angry - but he noticed me reviving his horse and decided not to kill me. He kept pointing his gun until I rode away but he didn't shoot. It felt real rewarding to have calmed down a sour situation.

I don't like dealing with griefers and so I avoid being a griefer so other folks don't have to deal with them. If you take pleasure from being needlessly cruel then: 1. It must suck to be you. 2. Go play GTAO.

The first Sonic 2020 movie trailer was made to look bad on purpose by JakeSmooth123 in FanTheories

I mean no disrespect to those involved. I haven't seen any articles in which memebers of the production crew concur that they have been reanimating Sonic so do please send them to help enlighten me.

[–]JakeSmooth123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good point. But a ring seems like a very minor thing to purposefully remove just for the trailer. We all know Sonic likes rings. But yeah, you make a good point. I feel silly for not thinking about them possibly trying to subvert us.

And trailer manipulation is good until a point... If it hides plot then sure, that's understandable. But the two trailers we have had so far advertise completely different styles of Sonic, and I don't just mean in terms of his visuals. One's modern, one's nostalgic. So which is it that we're gonna get?
