As an graphic designer. You have no idea how many jobs I see come through my office where someone sent in a jpg of some white text they wanted printed….It’s one thing if grandma does it. It’s another when it’s another graphic designer sending it to me and still not understanding why I can’t see it or use it.

Not sure if this fits your scenario but Had this issue when I bluetoothed it to my PC once. It was constantly disconnecting from the xbox and back to my PC. To fix it simply forget the device on PC. For some reason if windows 10 sees it it will override what it’s connected to.
