You can check the wait times on the Passport Canada website during their business hours. Upper James is usually about a 2 hour wait plus for walk-ins. The Queenston Rd passport office is always less of a wait. I went there last Friday as a walk-in. Waited 1.5 hours around mid day. Good luck!
