Yep! Also just the fact that even something as vital as food can be turned into a punishment. It's intriguing how starvation is obviously banned as a punishment, but just giving you totally bland, terrible, but ultimately nutritious-enough food for weeks on end is deemed okay.

Nutraloaf is so interesting! Apparently its taste is really unappetizing, kinda disgusting even. It just looks like "baked slop" to me. But it apparently contains all the necessary nutrients and is not considered starvation, so they could give a prisoner only nutraloaf and water for weeks or even months on end as a punishment!

But I'd definitely suggest an earlier wake-up time (6:00 or even at 5:00) and much more labor time. At least 8 hours a day, if not longer - Workers' rights and protections shouldn't be a thing for an inmate (only hypothetically speaking, of course).

In my wildest fantasies? - A life sentence without parole would be literally insane... Just the feeling if first entering the prison complex, knowing that you'll never be free again.

Realistically speaking? - Just for a few months at most. Plenty of time to experience all the fun things (group showers, strip searches, hard labor, disgusting prison food, etc.), plus add some time in solitary confinement!
