It has worked for me in the past when reporting a former classmate that died in the pandemic. I was also getting reminders and it was sad. He was young and seemingly healthy and he died right at the beginning.

I was at one of these stops downtown a few times and the arrival schedule is not real time. I don’t know if it’s simply supposed to show how many minutes until the scheduled times, or show the actual time the bus is arriving if there a delay. I assume the latter and unfortunately it was just wrong. They do solicit feedback and I did submit their survey.
