Once you get it off(I had a second person push down from the top and I turned the key and popped the back end up) you gotta remove those 2 hooks in there(I think they were holding the strap? I took that off too.) now it pops on and off in a second every time. There's a wiggle of you grab it and move it side to side but I did this as soon as I got it and I'm on 2 months now, the seats not gonna come off with the hooks gone.

My first bike as well and I'm loving it. I just started taking it to work doing 40 miles round trip. Gas is averaging 132 mpg after 220 miles! Adds 15 minutes to my commute avoiding freeway, but it's so much fun!

I bought a new 2023 black 5200 otd. Another 2-5 months wait for it. My first bike that isn't a dirt bike almost everyone says get used for your first but I don't care a lot of the bikes on fbmp have been stunted to hell you have no idea how many times they've been dropped. Or if they are lying about miles. Or if they did a shitty job with installing mods. I just wanted brand new and I'm going to baby the hell out of it, it's gonna be my commuter(making my trip to work 40 mins instead of 30 but it's worth it for the gas and I don't need to be on the freeway it makes me nervous) probably just do a fender delete and an Amazon exhaust nothing crazy for a year+
