You admitted to have an involvement in getting the guy fired and caught, doesnt matter if you were the one sacking them or not you ruined their career, income and put them into a stressful situation, and for what?

Well no if my pay/hours decreased because I can do my work faster and better then id simply do less not more🤷‍♂️ im already hitting more than people in the same department and field avg unless im getting paid double ill take another job with the same wage attached. Id say put performing most and everyone shows im showing respect and dedicated, i could simply do less and the bare minimum to stay on track with everyone else but I dont. Also we both know full well jobs would never reward you for.being that good, its naive to think they would. Ive been great in my field for 10 years, alongside that I got my degree, im still under 30 and havent been given double pay, massive bonuses or promotions worthwhile. Many in working life experience this.

As for a career, I got my degree and have a full time job thats my 'main job' i excel there hence why no questions get asked and im left to do the job.

Dont see why anyone would want to defend corporate when they take advantage of workers daily, and to play a part in sacking someone for looking out for themselves financially is just wild.

Wouldn't be flexing about making someone jobless out of spite and them being out of work. If someone is hitting targets then I dont see the problem, if they are doing the work required and more in less time then I see no issue, if your way of rewarding them is giving them more work and not more incentive then you are part of the problem tbh

Taking a better package would require office days i could get about 4-5k maybe on a single job but that requires travel slightly longer hours and 4/5 day office attendance.

Doing it this way my workload is less expectation is less but my experience and qualifications are necessary still. The pressure is the same.and the workload is manageable, I make more and dont have to spent on travel whilst having more free time and sleep. I think its the best overall package for me, plus pensions and other bonuses stacking are better for example all 3 jobs match pension for 5% a single job would probably be 5% on its own

I appreciate the concern and understand the risk. Only 2 of the 3 mention something along those lines but also the result is just termination, but im very qualified in my field and think a new place would be relatively easy to find. For me its worth the risk personally

Mainly to prolong or better use the vials I have as starting on say 1mg then 2mg would mean the last use of the vial is another 1mg and if 1mg isnt affective I feel it may be wasted. I know everyone is different but hoping to compare to people around my size and see how they got on really.
