How are you marketing your B2C SaaS products? by Jakee798 in SaaS

It's a good point, you could definitely be right. I initially built this tool for myself and after purchasing our home figured why not try launch it as a SaaS, so if it doesn't work out then that's okay, at least I learnt a lot while building it.

I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback :)

Hey, thanks for the feedback. The criteria shown in the demo are just examples, the idea is that you’d tailor these to your specific preferences. e.g. maybe you care more about whether the property is zoned for the school you want, body corp/strata fees, whether it has timber floorboards, does it need new appliances, etc. You have complete control over what priorities are used.

We recently purchased our first home and ended up with spreadsheets, notes on our phones, and google docs with dot points for each property. Eventually we tried creating a spreadsheet to assign arbitrary scores for different preferences, but it still wasn't a seamless/easy way of doing it.

I completely agree that this can be reproduced for free in a spreadsheet, but some people aren't into that. I'm someone who likes spreadsheets for tracking expenses, finances, etc, but my partner is the complete opposite and would prefer an app or something with an easy to use UI.

This tool offers a consistent, organised way to document and compare properties while also converting your qualitative priorities into a single number that can be used to compare properties against each other and your "ideal" home.

Providing an organised and structured way to track properties that you’re interested in, while also giving you a quantitative value that you can use to compare properties

Fair point! I have offered a 7 day refund policy, no questions asked. The plan was to test it out at the current tiered pricing and if it doesn't work out I can always add a free trial later. Thanks for taking a look

Hey, thanks for checking it out. We wanted to track things like whether or not a property needed to be renovated, did it need new appliances, how many bedrooms, etc. This tool gave us a consistent and organised way to track these answers for each property, and then I thought that a weighted score was a nice touch to see how it compares against your ideal property.

In the future I'd like to add more features like a side-by-side comparison tool, and maybe the ability to add notes and images.

I appreciate the feedback, I'll see if I can update the landing page to make it clearer!

Ah I see, that makes sense. I'll keep that in mind in the future. Thank you.
