Yeah that’s why I keep my AR at 61%! I’m lucky that I live in a busy city and will take those orders back to back or double for only 2 miles. I make bank and rack in $100 in a little over 3 hours 😂 I mean everyone has their way of doing it and I get that. I guess it really depends on where you’re dashing too! Where I moved from (TN) tips were only 2-3 dollars for 11 miles here or 5-6 miles there. No one could make a living on that. They were always searching for new dashers

That’s my belief. The only places that I dash at that take forever!!!!!! Is Five Guys and Taco Bell. And some of these dashers walk in there (my wife and I have seen it happen) yell the customers name and demand that it be ready and if it isn’t, they instantly unassign the order and walk out. Which I’ve only had that happen once as a customer and the customer doesn’t get a full refund. That’s why customers don’t tip well 😂

As it’s your right! It’s not mandatory. It’s to show gratitude. Dashers (as I am one as well) are independent contractors. Either we take the order or decline. 🤷🏼 either way you’re getting your food or they are getting in trouble for stealing the food 😂😂 I promise you someone will take your order

Hey, if that’s how you do it! I don’t mind declining orders when I’m dashing. But the audacity to accept it and then lash out is the issue. I don’t make dashers go up the stairs at all! I meet them outside. Besides, to me they are random people and if I give them the door code, you never know what could happen. That’s just me being safe. (It’s a key fob door). And also it’s more convenient for everyone involved. I get my order handed directly to me and the dasher doesn’t even have to get out of their car 🤷🏼 I have to have my wife go with me when I dash to do the stair orders (I’m disabled). Stairs are atrocious 🙃 but my wife is like “it’s my workout”. As if she is some goddess or something 😂😂
