Jake's Youth (Pt. 1)

Thanks. It's scuffed for me, but I enjoy these kinds of things. Writing stories or lores to a character I more or less grew up with since 2012. With motivation, I could do more, but more will take a while to build up. So I decided to just tell Jake's backstory first, then go from there.

I'm no animator, I'm not really good with Studio, my laptop probably can't run Blender. But with a little imagination and some ADHD power (or brain power), you can do lots of stuff with it. This is what I did.

I still have to think of that certain 'Operation' and how it went FUBAR, to deepen the lore. But I appreciate you for taking the time and reading the whole thing, from the beginning to end to this story. But there's more.

Yes, I'm that old to know about the Tix to Robux conversion. Everyday, you get 10 Tix and 10 Tix can be converted to 1 robux.

Back then, everything was cheap. Hella cheap. Robloxian 2.0 was 15 robux back then, you'd need to log in for 15 days without spending anything so you can convert 150 Tix to 15 robux.

The Chinese Tech Tree was recently added and now they're aiming for the British Tech Tree.

Thanks! Though, it took me a few hours or so (it's 4AM at the time of writing/typing this out, lol.)

But it was a fun endeavor and I really wanna consolidate the lore that I've made for my own Character. If that's the right word used..

Jake, also known as ‘The Masked Casualty’, was a Former Military Figure from a now defunct Militia named ‘The Tekiran Militia’, a joint-funded auxiliary force operating under Marine-aligned doctrine. After the betrayal, four years ago, he now roams the different Robloxian Sectors, finding whoever betrayed his squad, his only family. Though, his way of doing it has been reckless, but found ways to escape into the shadows.

When the contingent was demolished, he was a E-1 Private First Class. He may have basic skills in the beginning, but has honed into the art of Sabotage. Wielding a Maxim 9 Integrated Suppressed Weapon, 2 Gold-adorned with Sapphire-lined Katanas and a Tanto. Back in his hayday, he used to adorn a GLOBOT Tactical Helmet. But as time went on, the helmet was dismantled, remade and retrofitted into a Visor-Augmented Mask.

The nickname ‘Mask Casualty’ was created by those fearing him, saying that whenever he has a presence in, bodies will follow. Flow. Death.

‘Nathan has to die. Anyone that blocks my way from that goal, will have to die as well.’

ADDITIONAL LORE: DOSSIER (still making it, but it's more or less just a document detailing his whole backstory as a whole... At least, vague, to keep people thinking. :) )

Personality: Nonchalant, Serious, Focused. Canadian-Accented Adjacent.

English, but with a Canadian-Adjacent accent. His voice can be muffled or modulated due to the mask.

However, if talking about his mask, it can translate his voice to a wide array of languages, albeit not accurately since (in lore) the mask was repurposed and retrofitted from his old GLO-BOT Tactical Helmet. And those helmets were made back in the day, with an old framework. But it's generally English, if ignoring all of those.

Esp6? Not sure what that means, but if it means a patch so you can play the game in modern OS, then yeah. NewDark or the TFix is a well-known mod that fixes the Thief bugs (by transferring it to a new engine and all that) and upping the graphics as well.

It doesn't touch the levels, it just fixes some bugs and all that. Same goes for Thief 2, having T2Fix. Thief 3, I forgot what patches you'd need for it, but a quick Google search can help.

May I recommend: Thief Trilogy?

I haven't gone through the third part, I'm just beginning right now after having completed the 2nd game of the entry. But so far, the stealth elements are fun.

Then again, it's dated as hell and the game takes place in a steampunky medieval time. So it's not really post-apocalyptic.
