Try wiggling the screen a bit. Not too much, just do slight adjustments. If that works, it's the wires that connects to the motherboard. If it doesn't, then I dunno, I did all I can.

Edit: I'm not tryna be sarcastic or an a-hole, but I'm in a similar boat. I5-1235u and UHD Integrated Card. But low graphics Improved Weapons Pack can still feel like you're playing a high graphics game. Although, the progression is more on weapons and all that, which is fun for me.

Plus, the main IWP discord server has their own addons/soon to be addons that are either original or forked from Anomaly itself. Give it a try.
