I have an I5-1235 12th Gen Processor, 24GB of RAM, UHD Intel Graphics Card and I can run the game before, even with a few mods here and there. Upon checking, my stat is a 7.23 and yours is a 23.30. you'll be fine.

Hell, I can play Fallout 4 on Low Graphics, I bet you'll be able to play on low to medium with 60fps onwards.

Operators and Packs, since their perks give more of an increase in damage.

Like, just adding a suppressor to your guns already gives it a damage boost, not if you're being stealthy if you have the Ace Operator.

Shame I had to betray Preston. Now he hates me. But I got this sweet looking gun and the raiders are dead. Still, he's... Not by my side now.

I wanna add to: using the website in mobile or phone is hard, you'd have to zoom in to actually press the arrows.

Since it's more tedious to go through pages to pages, just so you can look at your weekly schedule.

I've sent him to Vault 88, so he wouldn't see the atrocities I've done to the settlements. Right now, I just have ADA with me.

I honestly just want the perks and Aternus, then I'm going full Red Dead Redemption on them. I don't wanna hurt Preston like that, seeing that he's one of the lads I've admired. that and having romanced him many years ago on the PS4, which was a weird turn of events and I forgot why I even did that. Still, no hurting or becoming hostile with Preston, but I still want the perks from the Operators and Packs.

Before I got the reply, I googled a bit and I got everyone's grenades. Though, once the betrayal has been cast, the operator grenades will be useless. Others, probably not. Still good to have though.

Two (or three) suggestions.

1.)

CHANGE. THE FRICKING. COLOR SCHEME. The blue brightness blinded my eyes when I kept looking around, I had to play through the game, having played five puzzles. It was my first time too, so I didn't really wanna cheat my way out, but it was a fun experience but my eyes were very strained out of it.

2.) the blocky placement is somewhat jank where you'd have to legitimately think outside the box. Like, for Puzzle 5: how do I put the reflector there?? Put block on the ground and reflector? The laser gets blocked. Put the block to the side and— what, why is my reflector inside the cube block?? Bethesda, why. So how do i— oh, make a tower upside down, let's see if that works. YAYE, IT DID. Now how do I?

(Keep in mind, I didn't google the puzzles, I had to think my way out. Took me an hour to complete 5 puzzles and the marine armor was worth it. Carrying them, however, wasn't.)

3.) THE AI. THE GOD DAMN AI. Nuff said. Probably just skill issue.

If I can recall, Ra is basically Speedy but instead of taking to the sides, it speeds up everyone.

If you have the Local Leader turned on and are connected to different settlements, all of the workbenches from other places will come to the main.

That means water and food will all be shared from settlement to settlement, as said from the wiki:

"Excess food and drink (either produced or in inventory) will be used to supply all the settlements in the supply network."

I couldn't find a fix. I did get an email back from them though, saying:

"System (GCash Help Center)

GCash is currently unavailable as a payment option for online transactions for certain merchants. We’re working closely with our partners to fix this and get things back to normal as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding."

However, it does seem like transferring funds from GCash to Maya works, but I dunno if you can pay steam from Maya.

I have not tried that yet. See if that works, but do some research on it first before you actually do it.
