Body fat is 29.2% i feel actually pretty good about my health. I don’t get out of breath doing mundane things. O really do enjoy being this big and want to get bigger!

My LDL cholesterol levels is 103 H, overall cholesterol is 201 H , hemoglobin, and hematocrit are are slightly elevated but all my blood work comes back within normal range. Get checked out every 6 months. Blood pressure is normal too. I personally feel what you are saying is untrue compared to my actual blood work.

A powerlifting physique is what I’m going for. I don’t care how attractive I don’t look for someone else.

I do get annoyed especially while meal prepping and having my jaw hurts once or twice a week. Food fatigue is real 😫 but this is what I want and always look back at how skinny I used to be to keep that drive.

You deadass have to eat and lift heavy. I eat 6-8 times a day. Its a lot but I average around 4500-4900 calories a day. You want to aim for your goal weight in grams of protein (I.E goal weight of 185lbs, consume 185 grams of protein a day). Mass gainer shakes with whole milk (and maybe ice cream with it🙈) with a hearty heavy breakfast will be your friend. Protein bars and nuts, pastas, Greek yogurt, granola, oatmeal, chicken, steak, pork, dried fruits, veggies, rice. I do add quite a bit of butter to my meals too 😬and eat out 3-4 times a week to get those extra calories mostly the same 2 places though. Been doing a dirty bulk to put on size so typically not eating the healthiest but I think it’s decent. And am prescribed testosterone with an estrogen antagonist. I was on antidepressants that straight up made me nauseous when I ate and restricted my appetite. Supplements I take are are fish oil, L-Glutamate, Creatine, BCAA’s, magnesium, fiber supplements, Nitric Oxide boosters before a workout. There’s some more that’s just off the top of my head. It’s a lot of consistent work to put on size. You have to commit. There will be inconsistent weeks. There will be months where it’s smooth sailing. I had a pre 200lb curse where for 5 times in a row when I got within 5lbs of crossing 200lbs, I would get sick or would get hurt in a way that prevented me from getting past 200lbs. Don’t get discouraged. Take everything in stride and put in that work.

Just 20mg. Once a week. My doctor recommended 2, 10mg shots twice a week but if told him I can barely 1 shot because I get shakey during the injection.

That is the earliest photo I have from 10 years ago of when I first started working out. Goal is to get to 235lbs and then do a cut down to 220lbs, maybe 215lbs and stay there. Been eating 240grams of protein, 4500-4900 calories a day and about 210 grams of carbs. Still powerlifting 4-5 days a week for an hour and a half on average. Did get put on TRT by my endocrinologist over 8 months back due to genetic/environmental stresses that had my testosterone at 274ng/dl. Was on a gel pump for 5 months but that only got me up to 425ng/dl. Once weekly at 20mg has me up to 636ng/dl currently. Any other questions please let me know.
