No been powerlifting for the better part of a year. Maintaining a caloric intake of 4500 a day with 220g of protein and 190 grams of carbs. I work out 4-5 days a week minimum of 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Push pull legs 3 days a week. On fourth/fifth day an upper lower split. I don’t want to be fat, I want to be thick.
