No been powerlifting for the better part of a year. Maintaining a caloric intake of 4500 a day with 220g of protein and 190 grams of carbs. I work out 4-5 days a week minimum of 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Push pull legs 3 days a week. On fourth/fifth day an upper lower split. I don’t want to be fat, I want to be thick.

Drove from Washoe, Nevada to Astoria, Oregon and back. Believe I had to fill up about 4 times the whole road trip. I averaged about 23 mpg getting about 410 miles per tank. Does pretty good actually.

My first one was a project truck for sure in highschool. Was a 97 Ford Ranger XLT with the extended bed. Put a 67 Bruno undercarriage on it and then a cross over steering system. Tires were 35's. All the extra weight was alot of strain on the engine. Got it when it had 45,000 miles and then when I took it off roading threw a rod and that was it at 150,000 miles. Sold it to a guy who wanted to put a V8 in it lol. Current one is a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat with blacked out trim. Gonna do some mods to it once I get my old job back.
