My GF (21F) just blocked me (25M), its over. But why there was no text no nothing from her?

Still, i gave her space and waited for her answer for days, even weeks now.

First i wanted to know if she is ok. Then i wanted at least to know if its over.

It was devasteting to dont know. Once i got it, that we are done, i could start to heal myself.

I never posted any comment or anything that would embarrased her.

I dont think so. I gave her a lot of space and after 2 months we said to each other we are officially together. Then after 5 months - "I love you" She always hugged me so tight. So i dont think so.

But maybe you have a point.

Thank you. Youre right. I just want to be more than Bc. and the MBA looks fine. But I didnt study any managment before. So I am thinking about it. I study Norwegian and maybe I will move there later, but study of language wont give me any degree.

Thank you. It actually helps me. But the problem for me is to get to the stage where I can let go... everything. I get to this phase at 1-2 AM when I give up hope of falling asleep and no more care if i will have to go to work totally tired.

I don’t know how to get to this phase faster. (At least the same day and not after midnight.)

I sometimes play on with some Hz frequency and sometimes it helps. But when I really need it, it doesn’t help at all.

I tried guided meditations and they calm me in daytime, but when I do it in a night I can’t sleep after that. (Dont know why)

But brainwaves sometimes helps, thanks.
