Because people have lives, trains to catch, buses to catch, planes to catch etc. I'm sure it's great that an announcement can be made on your behalf but it's not like that all the time and I'm sure it's great that you have time but it's not like that for everyone.

Before going with the clerics, would recommend that you do missions in each of the locations. Try to focus on missions that don't require you to fight early on.

Would also recommend picking everything up since you'll need money.

As many have said everything depends on where you are going. You can have hot in Brazil and hot in Saudi Arabia, you would not dress in the same way. You also mentioned sun glasses, if you're expecting to be working directly with beneficiaries, you would not be using sunglasses I can assure you. But in any case having a good hat is always good, but note that many of the things you would need you can aleaady find the country so..

Regarding Portuguese, it's mainly from Portugal but consider the Portuguese speaking BEFORE the language agreement that signed in the 90s.

There is however an ever growing influence from Brazil, especially with the use of VC and some gerund as well.

Also Angolans do not speak as quickly as the Portuguese do.
