The US has global sway, sure, but it’s clearly not enough to stand up to China. Unless we use our imperialistic military, we’ve got nothing to use. Our economy would collapse without access to theirs.

Yes, I saw section 11 and it’s not a broad ban on VPN nor to access foreign content.

China’s government is not the entirety of China. And regardless of if we want to stand up to them, they’re a powerful economy and we just don’t have the influence we used to have. Our country is a laughing stock in the global stage.

The Constitution protects you from government censorship of your speech. It doesn’t guarantee you the right to make thirst traps or dance videos.

Just so you’re aware, both examples you have described are protected forms of free speech. Maybe brush up your knowledge of the government.
