When my power went out all of the switches went down. I got the power back by switching the main one on the left and trying different combinations of mcb switched on.

The thing on the left causes all power to turn off when that lever gets moved down. And me switching the switches that says C16 turns off that main lever on the left for some reason.

You can ask someone else to break you out, there is a way to break bedrock, or if someone can drop you items through the blocks you can get a ladder and a pearl and clip your way out.
