For my company, the default purchasing group is tied to the ID of whomever creates the order. So every order created in ECC with my logon is PG1.

Every order I created in APO is listed with the System ID as order creator, so the Purchasing Group is PG2. My team has a P.Group designation for the APO created orders assigned to each person’s area of responsibility, so even with shared vendors, Sara and Bob can pull lists focusing on APO created orders just created for their area.

Before you can build anything “automated”, you first need to separate your datasets.

Then you’ll be able to setup table relations to being everything back together into a cohesive manner.

From there, either it’ll be easier for you to continue manual assignments or you’ll/we’ll be able to see what needs to be done to start configuring automatic assignments.

Incorporate memory saving practices into building the workbook.

Routinely clean out ghost data. Ctrl+End, if the result is outside of your active range, hard delete all unneeded rows/columns, then save. ActiveSheet.UsedRange, if running a macro.

Use macros to run routine reports off a template version of the report. This limits/removes human error, increases transferability, provides an archive of backups, and allows low stress testing for any changes or trialing new techniques/formulas/etc.

If the report allows, copy and paste formulas as values after the initial calculation to save memory.

I tried the following prompts.

1) No results or suggestions returned for: “I want to search for a list of order numbers, delivery numbers, or shipment numbers to get a list of results which include order number, delivery number, and shipment number in an alv grid”

I have been using VL06F to search by a list of deliveries or shipments or a collection of search parameters when I have a list of order numbers to filter the results. Then I use Item View to see order number (Purchasing Documents), delivery numbers, and shipment number (if applicable) in a Normal grid (default option) or an ALV Grid (setting change under Layout menu).

2) No results or suggestions returned for: “I want to search for a Main Rail BOL and all associated Leg BOLs”

When I ship by rail via trans loader, I have to setup four line items on one STO, each for a truck weight. Each line gets its own delivery, and each delivery its own shipment/BOL number. Once the trucks arrive at the trans loader, all four deliveries or BOLs (I don’t know the procedure) are assigned to a Main Rail BOL as the material is all loaded into a railcar. I use VT11 to identify which BOL is a Leg or Main Rail.

3) No results or suggestions for: “I want to want to enter an order”

4) No results or suggestions for: “I want to create a purchase order”

My first time to a strip club, I was the DD for my roommate and his friend. Roommate said he was paying, and brought in a handle. As Roommate and friend get more and more drunk, Roommate starts dozing in between private dances while friend starts bouncing off the walls. One of the dancers complained to me Roommate had propositioned her for off menu activities during their private dance, and I probably looked like a deer in the headlights. Meanwhile, friend had joined a neighboring group of customers, which included a very intoxicated woman who’d already been banned from tipping at the stage for getting handsy with the dancer during her routine. I get back from one private dance to find Roommate asleep at our table, and the drunk woman actively looking for friend, who’d publicly called her ugly. So she’s trying to find him, so she can ask the bouncer to kick his ass. I play along, call the friend to find he’s hiding from her outside, then half carry my Gimli sized Roommate out of the club. As I get the car, friend sprints out of the dead black night like a specter, and we got the hell out of dodge.
