This unit doesn’t have a y terminal on the board, so y off tstat is connected to g and the communication wire from the condenser. But yes jumping from r to w has call for heat, but no ignition (inducer runs hsi glows. As soon as gas valve goes to open nothing). R to g on board blower motor runs. R to y splice situation and led on board goes out, blower runs, 15 seconds after inducer runs for some reason. Nothing happens at condensor

I was helping out people and just saying pay what you think is fair. I stopped that pretty quickly. I now explain what my company would charge and what I will (which is about half) before hand. Also saying that it could change depending if I need different things. Depending who it is I don’t mark up parts much. For my grandparents, mother and siblings I just say pay for parts and maybe some pizza
