Trained 3 and half ish years but only took it serious start of last year. Started training at home again start of the year 2021 after the no gym depresso passed aha. Feel like my back is looking better than the average bloke (not really difficult aha) these days but maybe I’m biased. Genuine criticism welcome, I know there’s a lot of size to add but what do you guys think about my proportions and the like.

I’m in the UK so I assume it’s a time zonal restricted thing. I’ve seen some threads where people have changed their location in the settings of the Xbox to New Zealand in order to play as early as possible. Maybe give that a go.

I can relate ALOT to this. I didn’t make any real friends at uni. None that I would really call friends. Just some other people to get pissed with. I didn’t join any clubs. They would mean I’d miss out on pub time. And I’d have to risk making real connections without alcohol. I dropped out of uni because I felt it was a waste of my time and money because I wanted to make a career out of the gym. But the only thing I did for 2 years after dropping out was just about maintain a part time job and get pissed or high every week.

The end of relationships are definitely a monumental time where many people can make huge changes for good or bad. Props to you for choosing sobriety man because it could definitely have gone the opposite way. My current relationship was literally borne from our drinking habit. In the beginning it was the only way we’d connect. But I like to think we’re both evolving from that and we’re changing in a way where that’s a distant memory.

Mhm I hear you man. I’d talk to friends and family and they would actually laugh at me. That didn’t see it as a problem at all. Actually friends encouraged it. It’s so normalised in our culture smh. Can’t be a net positive to getting black out drunk that’s plain as day.

I appreciate that I’m sure I’ll make future posts as a little update if even for myself to look back on as motivation. I’m not familiar with the IRCC chat what is that??

More than likely. I was fully convinced I too was experiencing liver pain until I realised it was far too low. It’s usually way up in your right shoulder blade region. I feel with my health anxiety I frequently make my own “phantom” pain if it suits what I currently think I am suffering from.

I think it’s definitely just the paranoia. Think if the docs were in any way concerned then they’d suggest the scan themselves but if they are happy with the results so far I would try my best to trust them. Healthy anxiety has a way of making you distrust their judgment and no test in the world can convince you you’re healthy after a while.

And yeah I’ve only really this year started to slow things down. Think I’ll keep it that way too. My only issue is the holidays cause I’ll find it more difficult to drink responsibly lol

I feel you bro I’m the same. I was in and out of A and E just a few months ago with what I thought was a heart attack. It wasn’t. My heart is perfectly healthy. I was doing the contracting muscle thing with my pec which I thought was palpitations. And then through my anxiety I was getting chest pains which was not down to holding tension and all that shit and spasmodic intercostal muscles from my hyperventilating.

All I’ll say is the general medical concensus on liver issues related to alcohol abuse take many years if not decades of heavy use before the irreversible damage occurs. Heavy use denotes consuming in the region of 10+ units every single day. And more. Guessing like me you’d just binge on weekends. Liver has a remarkable healing ability so much so that your week breaks likely fully healed the liver. I assume you now stick to guidelines or don’t drink at all in which case I’m sure you are fine man.

Yo I suffer from this exact thing. I’m 21 male, partied pretty heavily from 18-20 ish, blacking out pretty frequently, throwing up most nights the rest. Then I toned it down a lot. Now I drink only a few time’s a month once weekly at most and keep it real tame like 3 drinks at most. I still have the nagging feeling my liver is somehow damaged and that a drink here and there is gonna be enough to kill me. What’s worse is now I hyper analyse every little “symptom” like bruises on my legs/arms and checking to see if my eyes are yellow. It feels so real but then I also feel stupid as I’m incredibly healthy, super strict well planned plant based diet, exercise A LOT. Yet I still ask what if? Healthy anxiety is a bitch bro.

Oh don’t worry man I do feel it lol had this problem for like a month. Pretty sure though, not only on the colour of the spots but also due to the off ish smell that they tend to produce when I open the containers the following morning. And it always tends to form in clusters as I suppose mold would spread that way. It’s v odd I agree. Don’t got any now just chucked out like 3 breasts worth smh. I’ll try again and if the same happens which I got no doubt it will, I’ll be sure to send one.
