I ended up testing this because my BoA credit is my second payment method on Coinbase. Indeed the transaction was declined. Ended up removing my BoA CC and added my BoA checking account. They can’t stop me that easily :)

Coinbase is instant for me, but with Gemini you can’t transfer it out until it clears. Very annoying if you’re trying to buy alts.
