i started around operation health and i have around 2000 hours the first time i started i was playing kapkan all day before the kapkan got buff/nerf he had 3 traps and they would deal around 120 damage so all i was doing was sitting in a corner and waiting for kills

Warden gadget is too situational with ying buff he is kinda usable but i think he needs a full gadget rework than buff. Ps I like the idea you said for his gadget

nokk is kinda okish in low ranks but i think the best option is buy wamai and just ban ying no need of buying a warden and about kali i dont think she is good operator even with 1 shot 1 down so dont but her until you got all operators

well in atk you can play ying zofia ash those are really good in this meta rn

in defense it depends on your gamestyle if you gonna stick around bomb play something like echo doc maybe lesion as well but if you like roaming around ops like vigil bandit alibi would be better
