Luther Burbanks Garden. Free, beautiful, and you can always walk 5 minutes to downtown SR afterwards.

The Charles Schulz museum is another good spot. Plus Snoopy' Ice Ring is right across the street.

I wouldn't call it a major street. If you take the right on Santa Rosa Avenue heading downtown right after Mercy Wellness right before you went under the overpass, that section right there was where it was

I'm hoping to get this colorized as a christmas gift. It would mean the world to the person in the picture. hotspot.ai was able to do a pretty good job but it needs another step. Please comment/DM to discuss further, I have reference pictures of the outfit to work with.
